Morning guys and gals! :D
So I’ve been MIA for a while, I’m surprised I have any followers left, but Thanks to those that are still here :D
I have decided I need something in life to focus on right now, So I’m hoping my weightloss community will welcome me back!
Today marks day one and I’m feeling pretty good about this, rather then dismal like every other attempt.
Weigh ins are now on Saturday and I have left Sunday as my ‘free’ day.
As today marks day one I am actually going really well xD
Drowning the water also.
My goals for the month are as follows:
1) Stick to it
2) Thursday’s=RAW food day
3) No Crisps
4) No fizzy and/or alcohol
5) No Take Out
22 Sep-22 Oct:
I am hoping for a loss of 5.4kilos.
I believe I can do better, but that is the minimum.
Does anyone have any tips/advice or anything like that? It would be much appreciated! :)
By gosh I can’t wait for next Saturday!!! :D (First weigh in! xD)
I appreciate what this artist is trying to do, but a lot of her images focus on weight loss and I find them discouraging. I wish they could be body positive and not reinforce the stereotype that thin, lean bodies are the only healthy/strong/useful/desirable bodies.
I understand if you find these posts discouraging because we all have different preferences, really, but I just can’t swallow that accusation that I stereotype thin bodies as the only desirable, healthy, strong, or useful body type there is and that I’m not body positive because that’s not true, not about me in real life, and even more so about this blog. I think a quick look at my blog proves that. I feel like those accusations were pulled out of thin air and it’s just unfair.
